The electric channel air heater EKD is used to reheat the air after passing through the heat recuperator, for the purpose of compensating for ventilation heat losses. It is made of high-quality cold-rolled galvanized sheet steel DX51D. It is supplied with ready-made connections for connection to the ductwork complete with rubber seals that reduce losses due to air leakage. Integrated temperature controller with a potentiometer mounted on the heater housing - for setting the operating temperature and one temperature probe mounted on the pressure ventilation line, with a measuring range of 0...30ᵒC. Integrated 2 thermostats for protection against overheating. The first thermostat has an automatic reset function, in case the air temperature reaches 50ᵒC. The second thermostat has a manual reset function, in case the air temperature reaches 100ᵒC. Maximum air pressure temperature of 50ᵒC. Integrated differential pressure sensor, for detecting air flow. Integrated sensor of minimum air flow speed in the heater (air flow speed must not be less than 1.5 m/s).
