The electric channel air preheater EKP is used for preheating the air of the heat recuperator and has the function of protecting the exchanger from the negative influence of low air temperatures (below -15ᵒC). It can be controlled from the ENRPO recuperator controller, providing full integration with the ventilation system. It is made of high-quality cold-rolled galvanized sheet steel DX51D. It is supplied with ready-made connections for connection to the ductwork with rubber seals to reduce losses due to air leakage. Integrated temperature controller with a potentiometer mounted on the heater housing - for setting the operating temperature and one temperature probe mounted on the pressure ventilation line, with a measuring range of -20...-5ᵒC. Integrated 2 thermostats for protection against overheating. The first thermostat has an automatic reset function, in case the air temperature reaches 50ᵒC. The second thermostat has a manual reset function, in case the air temperature reaches 100ᵒC. Integrated differential pressure sensor, for detecting air flow. Integrated sensor of minimum air flow speed in the heater (air flow speed must not be less than 1.5 m/s).
